Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Murdermysterykit.com, Beiaardiershoeve 413, 7326 TD Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, email: info@murdermysterykit.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) once we have begun performance of the contract, after you have (1) given your express consent to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

You give this consent and acknowledgement during checkout via the corresponding checkbox. As our murder mystery games are made available immediately after your order is completed, your right of withdrawal expires at that moment.
