A really fun game to play with a group of friends! We played with 20 people and brought in an extra person to play the detective (we thought this was a nice added touch). Before the game, the detective sent all the character booklets and an invitation to the participants, so everyone could prepare for their role.
At the end of the game, we felt we could have used a little more explanation for each character as to why he or she wouldn’t have done it. So we looked through the script ourselves and added this to the detective’s lines.

We played the Jetset Murder Mystery with six girls at a birthday party. Everyone really got into their characters, which made it super fun. We laughed a lot and ended up playing for 3.5 hours. We had a five-course meal in between and shared the facts while we ate. Between courses, we went searching for secrets and gossip “inside” the different locations.
The use of the special power wasn’t entirely clear, and at first it wasn’t clear whether the girls were supposed to play as a team or if it was every woman for herself… that realization came later in the game.
But all in all, highly recommended!! We can’t wait for the next story!

A fun game with detailed game information.
We played the Disorient Express at an actual location (a train) while enjoying a meal. That made for the ultimate experience. Tip: Describe each character’s costume so they can dress up as that character. We did that ourselves based on the photo. You might also want to make sure the final verdict is only visible via a QR code. Because during the preparation, I had already spotted the murderer. That made it less fun to play. Otherwise, it’s a lot of fun to play. It’s not that hard to understand.

In a murder mystery dinner, you and your group work together to solve a thrilling murder mystery over dinner. Each player is assigned a unique role, complete with background information, secrets, and clues. Throughout the game, you try to figure out who committed the murder while also playing your own role.

The game consists of several rounds. In each round, the players receive new information, questions, or tasks. In between, you can serve the courses of the dinner, for example, during a 3- or 5-course dinner. This allows you to alternate between the meal and the game in a fun way.

At the end of the murder mystery dinner, everyone makes a guess: who is the murderer and why? Then the solution is revealed. The person who correctly solved the mystery wins the game.
