What a good murder mystery script includes

A complete murder mystery script contains more than just a story. Each character has their own booklet with background information, secrets, and motives. It also includes a timeline of what happens during the evening, which clues are revealed and when, and, of course, the solution with supporting evidence.

Our scripts are tested with multiple groups before they go on sale in our store. That means the balance between story, puzzles, and interaction is just right. No roles that are useless, no clues that lead nowhere.

A murder mystery script is ideal for event planners, theater groups, venue owners, or anyone who likes to be in control. You can use the script as a foundation and adapt the performance to your own situation.

For those who just want to use the script for a single evening with friends, a standard murder mystery game from our store is usually just as practical. Our digital games offer the same experience, plus a virtual detective to lead the evening.
